Team Leader 6-8 years of professional experience.
Knowledge of .Net framework
Extensive working knowledge of ASP on C#
Familiarity with OOP concepts and knowledge of RDBMS (MSSQL/Oracle)
A university degree
Good communication skills (excellent English)
Open minded
MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer) certificate (or the ability to obtain that on short notice)
More than 6 years relevant experience
Major Functionalities:
1. Participate in business requirement gathering and analysis.
2. Propose technical solutions and architectures
3. Establish design and development framework.
4. Strong knowledge in OOPS Object Oriented Design and Modeling (UML)
5. Involve in HLD LLD and implementation
6. Facilitate effective communication within the team
7. Foster problem solving abilities in the team
8. Analyze potential impact of problem resolution and take corrective measures when needed
9. Promote positive attitude among the team members
10. Promote best practices and standards and review deliverables to ensure highest standard of delivery
11. Direct team to set appropriate goals and help them achieve
12. Evaluate technologies with respect to clients Business needs
13. Consistently and Timely communicate with all stake holders
